Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are reviewed for Pexeco memberships and Telegram-based community access.

Pexeco is an educational investing community. Content is not personalized financial advice. Investing involves risk, financial markets are volatile, and users must do their own research before making investment decisions.

1. Membership access

Pexeco memberships provide access to private Telegram groups, market commentary, educational content, and shared trade ideas. Telegram is required for access.

After subscribing, users receive access to the relevant private Telegram group according to their plan and payment status.

2. Refund handling

Refunds are handled according to this Refund Policy and payment provider rules. Requests are reviewed based on access status, payment provider requirements, and the circumstances of the request.

Because memberships provide access to digital community content, refunds may not always be available once access has been delivered.

3. Cancellations

Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled according to your billing provider's subscription settings. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a period already purchased.

4. No performance-based refunds

Pexeco does not guarantee profits, returns, or specific outcomes. Investing involves risk, financial markets are volatile, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Refunds are not based on investment performance or a user's personal investment decisions.
